We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Implementation Specialist who’s comfortable working with technical stakeholders and contributing to customer onboarding from start to finish. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers and their technical analysts on data onboarding, help manage data ingestion and error resolution, and play a key role in ensuring a smooth delivery of the final product for new implementations.

The right person is a sharp problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently juggle competing priorities, and shows up ready to take ownership. You’re comfortable on customer calls, eager to learn, and excited to grow into a subject matter expert in the TailorMed platform and the broader healthcare ecosystem.


This opportunity is based in the New York City area with a hybrid schedule in our office in Manhattan.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technology and/or healthcare environment
  • Hands-on experience working with Epic and / or other EHR systems
  • Advantage: Epic certification
  • Experience with customer and / or data onboarding
  • Experience with healthcare providers is preferred
  • Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to high-quality outcomes
  • Meticulous and willing to dig in to get things right—not just “done”
  • Comfortable working with SQL, Excel, AI tools, and Google Workspace
  • Able to clearly explain technical issues and risks to non-technical audiences
