The Enterprise Account Executive is a strategic, hands-on enterprise account relationship owner responsible for building and growing long-term partnerships with TailorMed’s largest and most complex pharmaceutical manufacturer customers. As the primary relationship owner for senior brand and portfolio leaders, this role acts as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across patient access and market access functions, ensuring customers realize measurable, strategic value from TailorMed’s solutions.


As TailorMed expands its offerings for pharmaceutical manufacturers, this person will play a key role in shaping and supporting that growth and should be energized by building and evolving our pharma strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment; pharma experience required.
  • Strong track record managing complex enterprise accounts and engaging multiple executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success driving renewals, expansions, and revenue growth through value-based partnerships.
  • Experience developing Customer Success strategies, engagement models, or operating frameworks.
  • Excellent coaching and people leadership skills.
  • Strategic, analytical thinker with strong executive communication skills.
  • Comfortable partnering with Product, R&D, and IT organizations.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage competing priorities.

Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
