As a Backend Engineer at TailorMed, you won’t just build services — you’ll power the core engine that breaks financial barriers to care. The systems you design will directly impact millions of patients by enabling affordable treatment at scale, and you’ll take true ownership of the technology driving this mission.
Requirements
- Solid experience and passion for software engineering.
- 4+ years of backend experience in Node.js/ Python or similar
- Proficiency with Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or others)
- Knowledge in architecture and design of scalable and high-performance complex distributed systems
- Proven experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and development velocity.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong analytical thinking, systematic problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high coding standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of English
