As a senior Product Management at TailorMed, you'll own part of TailorMed’s B2B product offerings, and own the design and delivery of a delightful user experience.
Leveraging your product management expertise, you will play a pivotal role in executing our product strategy, guiding the roadmap of your product ownership, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in product management roles, with significant experience in the digital health or healthcare technology industry, managing B2B digital health products, where innovation, UX and customer adoption play a significant part.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders inbound and outbound, communicate complex concepts, clear course of action, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Experience working in agile development environments, with a strong grasp of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Advantage: Deep knowledge of the US healthcare domain.
